We are growing our team to serve our expanding client base. As a part of that expansion, we are looking for a top-quality Technical Project Manager to join our Client Success team.
The Technical Project Manager is a bridge between our customers’ marketing measurement goals and the processes required to utilize OptiMine’s platform. This role is customer-facing and is responsible for day-to-day data onboarding project management, client-specific data strategies, and ongoing process support. The Technical Project Manager leads data collection, data tracking, data loads, data QA, and timeline management.
In this dynamic, and exciting role, the OptiMine Technical Project Manager will work with and support some of the largest brands in the world. Travel requirements are minimal (<10%).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end client data onboarding process using OptiMine’s proprietary systems
- Lead data load process, QA review and approval cycles both internally and externally
- Directly interface with clients on weekly conference calls
- Work together with account directors and data load/transformation specialists to address client needs and investigate and resolve issues
- Work constructively with the broader OptiMine team to identify process improvements and innovation
The ideal job candidate will have:
- A passion for helping clients better understand their marketing and advertising ecosystems
- Strong technical project management and organizational skills
- Customer service skills, including ability to lead client meetings and craft efficient communications
- Desire and ability to openly collaborate with internal working teams
- A strong background working with and discussing large, complex data sets
- Extreme attention to detail and data quality assurance experience
- Ability to consistently manage and prioritize 5-10 separate client data load cycles
- An eye for continuous process improvement and innovation
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical project management, technical account management, marketing data analytics, or similar role
- Experience with advertising and marketing analytics, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), Project Management software, and Google Documents
- Familiarity with data load processes and best practices
