Marketing Analyst

OptiMine is seeking a Marketing Analyst who will analyze marketing results, identify trends and insights, and put together reports and presentations that will bring OptiMine’s results to life for our customers. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about uncovering insights, is analytically minded, detail oriented, and aspires to learn how to use data as a key input to guiding marketing decisions. There will be room for growth as the position matures. This position will be a part of the OptiMine Client Success team, will report to the VP, Client Success, and will coordinate with internal OptiMine operations and data science teams to deliver successful analytic solutions on behalf of our clients. This critical role will help ensure our clients are getting the most out of our products, and are realizing value and ROI from the OptiMine platform.

This full-time position is based out of our Minneapolis, MN headquarters, with unlimited Paid Time Off and flexible work-from-home options. 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze measurement results, uncover insights, develop results presentations and communicate findings to Senior Marketing Analyst and VP of Client Success.
  • Apply media knowledge and understanding to analysis of media mix modeling results, to provide actionable guidance to client marketing leaders and media agency partners.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure models are set-up to provide actionable insights.
  • Identify standard results views and provide input to internal development team to drive the development of streamlined data visualization.
  • Support Senior Marketing Analyst and Client Success team leads on multiple client businesses.

 

Qualifications:  

  • 1-3 years of media planning or buying experience, with an emphasis on digital media and analytics
  • Experience with working with data in Excel–creating and manipulating pivot tables
  • Experience creating data visualizations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in a client service role 
  • Ability to appropriately prioritize and manage multiple projects at once, with a focus on meeting deadlines 
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
